Event Videotaping

All Day Wedding Or Event Videotaping Coverage

Our ALL DAY Unlimited Time Coverage includes 1-DVD or VHS duplication of the events of your special day.  This is for one camera and videographer coverage only.  Additional camera and videographer are $350.00 each. 

Coverage of Wedding events will include Wedding Rehearsal (when possible), Pre-Wedding Candid Shots, Wedding Ceremony, Wedding Reception and Departure.  All other Events will be price quoted upon request.  Mileage and/or travel fee will be charged at $.50 per mile if mileage exceeds 100 miles round-trip.

Extra copies of video will be available for $45.00 each.  Discounts available if more than 5 are ordered within one order.  Shipping and Handling of $5.00 each if mailed.  Please see below for pricing policies.

Special  Event  or Wedding Videotaping  Services

*Hourly  Rates Only*

Minimum of 2 hours coverage.  Hourly rates are $150.00/per hour.  This includes all editing, effects and 1 DVD or VHS master duplications with custom presentation case.  All pricing policies apply to this hourly service as noted below. 

ALL videotaping is edited, titled and custom graphics are used on DVD face with Event Type, Date, Time and Custom Graphics.  There is NO EXTRA charge for this service.  This is included in all of our Professional Packages.

If times exceeds the coverage time stated and agreed upon, there will be a charge of $100/per hour over the contracted hourly coverage.  Please make sure to allow enough coverage time for your special event.

All NC State Tax Applicable.

Please Note :  Payment terms are as follows:  50% of balance due at time of contract signing or a minimum of $100 to reserve event date, then a payment plan that is agreed upon by Sudden Image and you, the client.  All payments must be paid in full, 14 days prior to event date unless other arrangements are made in advance.  We accept most major credit cards.  Payment Plans Available If Needed - Please Inquire.
