This is an AGREEMENT made and entered into this day with Sudden Image and  I agree to engage the services of Sudden Image for my event.

I agree to pay Sudden Image the sum of  or a minimum of $100 then the remaining balance in installments agreed upon by Sudden Image and you the client upon executing this contract  and to insure that my special event date is reserved.  I also agree to contact Sudden Image for payment arrangements and contract details which will be sent to me via email or fax explaining payment terms and agreement.  Remaining balances are due 14 days in advance of event date unless prior arrangements and agreements are made.  All Deposits are Non-Refundable

This AGREEMENT shall commence on the date entered above .
This AGREEMENT is a legal and binding contract. Neither PERFORMER nor CUSTOMER may terminate this AGREEMENT without consent of the other PARTY or without a notice of termination in writing given to other PARTY at least six (6) weeks prior to the date of performance. If consent is not obtained from, or proper six week written notification is not given to the other PARTY, the PARTY terminating the AGREEMENT shall compensate the other PARTY for any losses incurred .
